Shipping Policy – Opera Cigars

At Opera Cigars, we are committed to delivering your premium cigar accessories with care, speed, and reliability. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Hungary.

International shipping will be introduced soon. To stay informed, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic orders within Hungary are delivered by trusted courier partners such as GLS, MPL, or equivalent.

Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within Hungary: 1 490 HUF (flat rate)
Free shipping on all orders over 25 000 HUF

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Local Pickup

In-store or local pickup is not currently available. All orders are shipped from our warehouse location.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at multi.trafik@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider as quickly as possible.
